CRM Assistant (English)

The Company.

For one of our clients, an international Shared Service Centre based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a CRM Assistant with an international background.

The Job.

In this role, you will assist the international CRM team in daily activities, including:
– Creation and execution of CRM campaigns within give timeframes, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot
– Reporting and analysis of CRM activities
– Communication with international stakeholders

The Profile.

– You have an excellent level of English (written/spoken)
– You have 1 year of experience in CRM/ Marketing or Administrative department
– You have good knowledge of CRM or e-mail marketing
– You are experienced in writing high-quality documentation in English
– You have knowledge of HTLM, SQL and AmpScript
– You have a great understanding of marketing principles
– You are rigorous and detail-oriented
– You have organization and prioritization skills
– You have superb communication skills
– You are a team player
