Job Description

Responsibilities

Professionally handle incoming queries by customers via phone and email
Provide accurate, up to date information to the clients’ requests
The primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfil customer needs
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner 
 
Knowledge & Requirements
 
  Fluent or native in Italian
  Very good command of English language
  Self motivated, pragmatic, friendly and communicative
  Experienced in similar position, with a strong focus on customer service
  Customer relationship skills to manage telephone-based interactions, including escalations
