Customer Adviser (German)

Job Description

The Company.

This French BPO company works with reputed worldwide brands and keeps growing at a fast pace.

For several of their partners (such as Air France, ManoMano, Drivy), they are looking for highly motivated German customer care specialists to join their young and international team in Barcelona (Poblenou area). This dynamic bunch of French, Spanish, Italians, Germans and Nordics professionals is the key point of contact between the client and the customers.

The Job.

You will be in charge of the customer relations with the members by replying to their requests via email, chat and on the phone. Key aspects of the role include:

– Advising customers about the products
– Providing professional and friendly client support
– Responding to inquiries and finding suitable solutions to customers’ issues
– Ensuring quality and professional service
– Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction

The Profile.

– You are a native German speaker and fluency in a second language would be a plus (English, Spanish or French)
– Previous experience is desirable but not mandatory
– You have excellent communication skills, with a high level of writing and typing ability
– You have good soft skills, in particular patience, empathy and understanding
– You are customer and quality-oriented
– You are a real team player, open-minded and always ready to help
– You are looking for a long-term and stable opportunity in Barcelona

The Offer.

– Salary: 1900 to 2000 Euros gross/month
– A full-time job (39 hours/week), rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, 3-month contract initially, followed by one-year contract or indefinite
