Customer Adviser (Swedish)

The Company

The Job

The ideal candidate has experience in administrative or back-office work and is an open-minded and stable person. The main tasks include:
- Handling inbound calls from Swedish customers
- Dealing with inquiries on the phone, email, social media and live chat
- Answering questions regarding invoices and contracts

The Profile

- Native Swedish speaker with fluency in English
- Min. 1 year of experience in Customer Service or Administration work
- Only people living already in Spain or planning to relocate short-term
- Stress-resistant, excellent telephone manner and service oriented
- Good computer and social media skills
- Good communication and writing skills in both languages
- Experience in the web hosting industry is considered as a big plus

The Offer

- Working in an open office environment
- Calm and friendly working environment
- Intensive training will be provided
- Permanent contract after 12 months
- Salary: 18.000 Euro gross/year
