Customer Advisor (Danish/Norwegian)

Our client is a well-known BPO company with their office in Barcelona. For one of their stable partner in the television and media sector they are looking for a Danish or Norwegian Customer Service Advisor.

The Job

As part of an international advisor team you will support Danish Customers via phone and email. The main tasks include:

- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email 
- Advising customers on the product and services
- Solving technical problems on the products
- Work on additional tasks required by Supervisor or Mentor keep up the service performance, quality and customer satisfaction

The Profile

Our client is looking for a motivated and reliable candidate who wants to gain experience in customer service or strengthens it.

- Native Danish or Norwegian speaker with a good level of English
- Very good communication (oral and written) and listening skills
- Polite, Empathy, diplomacy and ability to adapt your speech to a very diverse audience
- Dynamic and positive energy
- Customer, Quality and Service oriented
- Good organization skills and attention to details
- Team player, open-minded and always ready to help
- Enthusiast, motivated, eager to learn and self-starter
- Stable candidate looking to commit on the long term

The Offer
