Customer and Sales Representative (German+French)

Working for many of the 500 Fortunes Companies in the world, they are constantly looking for thriving candidates to join their growing international team in Valencia.

For their partner, a leading company in new technologies, we are recruiting for a German and French-speaking candidate, as Customer Service & Sales Representative.

The Job.

– Handle and close inbound calls (Consumer) to achieve quarterly quota
– Fast and effective response to inbound emails
– Outbound calls when necessary to recover (web-) orders or convert quotes to orders or to solve issues with already bought products
– Quote creation and follow up
– Maximize Store revenue by upselling/cross-selling to increase order value and AOV
– Awareness of Online Store promotions and campaigns to maximize their success
– Ensuring personal knowledge of the Store portfolio is maintained
– Answer and deal with customer post-sales requests (Logistics, queries, refunds, exchanges, delivery, etc).
– Initiate & manage Customer post-sales-related tasks; covering order cancellations, claims management, order and delivery follow up, refund requests and escalations using multiple tools, such as CRM & Order Status Suite with a high quality, efficient and customer-centric approach.

The Profile.

– You have a native level of German with excellent French, and good English
– You are already settled in Valencia/Spain with the NIE and SSN
– You have previous relevant experience- You have affinity or interest in IT and new Technologies
– You are driven, target-oriented and familiar with sales techniques (such as up/cross-selling, objection handling, etc.)
– You have the ability to conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs 
– You have excellent customer care skills
– You are customer driven and have excellent communication skills  

The Offer.

– A salary in line with market standards: 20.000€ gross yearly salary basic + 6.000€ performance bonus (with client bonus up to 20.000€) + other incentives
– Full-time job with standard office hours, Monday to Friday (no weekends or evenings)
