Customer Care Representative with Hungarian

Job Description

Join an international team providing customer care services to a prominent client within the consumer electronics field. The primary objective of the role is the maintenance of quality and service standards of the vendor support. In other words, the representative acts as point of contact for a client (an electronic company) and service centers providing repair services to the client.

Daily activities of the role include:

- Day to day support and assistance with service centers’ queries (regarding mainly day to day repair operations).
- Escalation of any issue or delay as soon as it is identified.
- Communication with service center according to agreed guidelines.
- Ensuring that request coming from service centers are resolved as per defined by KPIs (key performance indicators).


-Data processing accuracy and ability to evaluate/research possible solution
-Good proficiency in written English
-Excellent written and spoken Hungarian
-Organizational and time management skills 
-Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
-Good team player
-Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
-Willingness to expand knowledge and share it with team

Desired skills:
-Experience in Warranty 
-Experience with suppliers and strategic sourcing
