Customer Experience Executive

Job Description

  • The daily activities include helping our customers via email, chat, telephone and being a representative outwards towards to our customers.
  • Translation work of campaign texts and localisation of marketing messages
  • Building a healthy relationship with all clients you come into contact with and ensuring a high and sustained level of service whilst developing and enhancing a strong relationship with them
  • Assist Team Manager and Shift to report on what is happening in the market
  • Moderate language specific player forums
  • Be actively involved in the company learning loop.
  • Communicating feedback received from the customers to improve the overall service provided
  • Take a proactive approach to learning as much as possible about your customers in order to make valid contributions to future marketing and player campaigns 



  • Previous experience in online customer service
  • A co-worker with a positive attitude
  • Good communication and IT-skills
  • Fluent in both Norwegian / Swedish/ Finnish and English
  • You must be over 18 years old and have a clean police record
  • Ambitious and can imagine a future career in the I-gaming industry
