Customer Order Specialist with French, Italian or Spanish

Job Description

REED is currently handling recruitment activities for our very large international client. The company is currently operating here in the Czech Republic and it is a very good employer. They have a multilingual & multinational operational support team here in Prague, and may potentially offer a very rewarding job opportunity for the right candidate. At the moment, we are looking for an experienced candidates to join their order service teams - French, Spanish or Italian speaking region.

As an Order Management Specialist you will be responsible for:

Receiving orders, order processing and order confirmations
Answering queries from customers and sales teams
Checking of product availability
Managing various logistics activities related to order processing
Creating of debit and credit notes
Building of good relationship with client

Experience from sales support, logistics, order administration or customer service
Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
Friendly, pleasant, and communicative personality
Advanced/fluent French, Italian or Spanish

Location: Prague 
Starting date: Immediately/negotiable
Salary level: Attractive, depending on experience level
