Customer Order Specialist with Portuguese or Spanish or French

Job Description

At this moment REED is looking experienced Customer Service Specialist with various language skills. If you would like to be a part of international team and you would like to take part in order processing this opportunity is waiting for you.

As an Order Specialist your responsibilities will be:
• Receiving orders, order processing and order confirmations
• Answering queries from customers and sales teams
• Checking of product availability
• Managing various logistics activities related to order processing
• Creating of debit and credit notes
• Building of good relationship with client
• Supporting administration tasks

Requirements:
• Experience from sales support, logistics, order administration or customer service
• Knowledge of SAP software is a plus
• Friendly, pleasant, and communicative personality
• Team player
• Advanced/fluent English and Portuguese or Spanish or French

Location: Prague 
Starting date: Immediately/negotiable 
Salary level: Attractive, depending on experience level
