Customer Relations Representative - German Speaker

Our client is now looking for a German speaking Customer Relations Representative to join their team in London.

Key responsibilities:

Handle member contacts received by mail, email and telephone, maintain and meet corporate standards of courtesy and service
Provide prompt and effective complaint handling (response or acknowledgement within 48 hours)
Investigate and provide feedback to management on key indicators and trends
Co-ordinate resort profile translations and mass re-confirmations for Europe
Resolve problems for members, post travel complaints and within agreed guidelines, use appropriate compensation mechanisms to close enquiry
The successful candidate will have previous customer service experience, problem solving and on and complaint handling skills, excellent letter writing, travel industry knowledge. Fluency in German is a MUST. Ability to speak another European Language an advantage.
