Customer service agent

Job Description

We are recruiting for a fluent Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor for our client, a specialist niche B2B insurance company based between Newport and Cardiff, South Wales. They are now recruiting for someone else to join their multilingual team handling in-bound business to business queries. The Role:

Providing excellent customer service on the phone and by email in a regulated environment.

  • Being the first point of contact for Dutch speaking business clients

  • Dealing with incoming enquiries and correspondence for quotations and claims from the Netherlands.

  • Building strong business relations with underwriters, other insurance companies and insured parties

  • Being the link between the assessors and the loss adjusters

  • Compiling case information and updating the internal diary system

  • Prioritising your daily workload and escalating any issues to the senior management team

The Candidate:

Do you have:

  • Very good or bilingual written and spoken Dutch and English skills.

  • Any other European language skills

  • Experience of working with business in another European country

  • Superb communication skills

  • Professional manner both verbal and written

  • Customer service experience in an office or call centre

  • Experience of working in finance/insurance

Any experience will be considered especially in an office or administrative environment.

Location

The company is based in a business park between Newport and Cardiff with easy access from the M4 and is commutable from Bristol, Cardiff, Swansea, Chepstow, Monmouth and the M4. There is ample parking on site.
