Customer Service Agent w/ Native level of Flemish and English

Our client is an international company working for a telecommunications company from their office in Poblenou. They provide digital television, telephone, and internet services to their customers in different countries.
For their customer service team, they are looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to contribute to customer satisfaction. 
As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
- Answer questions over the phone or e-mail from your different customers
- Give advice and solutions for (technical) problems
- Provide information on various products and applications
- Maintain a good relationship with your customers
- Customer satisfaction and handling of treated cases
Key Languages:
- Native level of Flemish 
- Good level English 
- French is a plus

Core Skills/Experience:
- Preferably experience with customer contact over the phone
- NIE and a number of Seguridad Social
- Good communication skills and a team player
- A positive attitude and enthusiasm
- Motivation to contribute to customer satisfaction and their success
