Customer Service Agent with a Native level of German

They are looking for a customer oriented team player with good communication skills and a native level of German and high level of English to join their team in Barcelona.

As a Customer Service Agent, your responsibilities include:
- Offering excellent level of customer service in both German and English
- Managing and constantly updating customer information
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and mail

Key Languages:
- Native level of German
- High level of English
- Other languages would be a plus

Core Skills/Experience:
- Good team-player
- Previous experience from customer service is a plus
