Our international and award winning client is looking for a Dutch speaker to provide customer support while representing one of the most well-known online retail brands

Your Challenge

You will be the face of a major online fashion provider, who have millions of customers across Europe. You will provide customer support via phone, email and live chat. This will involve answering and dealing with any queries. Patience, understanding and strong problem solving abilities are a must. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

•  Handling all inbound telephone calls, emails and live chat

•  Advise customers on products and the purchasing process

•  Give post-sales support to customers

•  Solving any issues efficiently and effectively

•  Work in a team to meet set targets and deadlines


Your Resume

•  Fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English

•  Previous experience within a contact centre environment would be a bonus but not essential

•  A keen interest in fashion

•  IT Literate

•  Ability to work on own imitative and prioritise workload
