Customer Service Associate (French or Dutch)

The Client

Our client is an international company dealing with after-sales procedures based in the lovely countryside of South West England.

The Job

As part of the European Operations Department Team the ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing phone calls of existing clients and customers. The main tasks include:

- Deliver excellent customer service in-line with Service-Level Agreement (SLA)
- Deal with claims related tasks and complete administrative tasks
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Resolve problems and contribute to the success of the department
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and management requests if needed
- Monitoring own daily performance 

The Profile

The ideal candidate has already experience in customer service on the phone and is interested in living and working in the United Kingdom.

- Native French or Dutch speaker with a good level in English
- Min. 6 months of experience in Customer Service on the phone
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Professional and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable, enthusiastic, flexible and confident
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with call handling software is a plus

The Offer

- An initial salary of 18.000 £ gross/year (appx. 21.000 € gross/year)

- 37,5 h/week; Monday to Friday
- Permanent contract
- Fully paid training will be provided
