Customer Service Representative with French or German or Italian or Dutch

Job Description

Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Key internal focal point for a dedicated customer portfolio
  • Full A-Z responsibility for customer orders
  • Assure the compliance of transport, labelling, documents, etc.
  • Administrative handling and follow-up of claims
  • Develop a good relationship with the distributors and other dedicated parties



  • Education level: minimum high school
  • Working experience from CS or SSC is a plus
  • MS Office user
  • Very good communication skills: verbal and written
  • Professional manners, focus on customers
  • Language skills: English (B2) + another language at C1 level
  • Problem solving, flexible, stress resistant and organized person
