Customer Service Representative (with German and French language)

Job Description

Our trusted multinational client expanding its team, and therefore looking for candidates with customer orientated approach and intermediate English AND fluent French and German language knowledge to join their team!



  • To be the first point of contact for the company on telephone or for any written form of enquiries from both new and existing domestic or international customers and consumers
  • To handle all customer and support requests in a professional and timely manner from the first contact through to a satisfactory completion or resolution
  • To develop and maintain a professional working relationship with internal and external stakeholders
  • To manage reporting on a regular and on ad hoc bases
  • Facilitating the invoicing process



  • Customer oriented approach
  • Pricing knowledge is an advantage
  • Intermediate English language knowledge AND fluent German AND French language knowledge is a must!
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under time pressure and to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Valid EU work permit
