Customer Service Representative with native command of Danish/ English (m/f)

Job Description



  • To respond to a wide variety of customer contacts by telephone and email
  • To listen carefully and understand customer needs
  • To remain professional and calm when communicating
  • To promote suitable products and services as required by the individual needs of each customer
  • To ensure that all customer contacts are handled in an efficient, effective and customer focused way
  • To ensure that all complaints are recognized and recorded in an appropriate way




  • General Certificate of Secondary Education or equivalent
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience within a fast moving, customer focused environment
  • People orientated and team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Danish skills (native)
  • English skills (fluent)
