Customer Service Specialist

Our client is an innovative FinTech company who prides itself on leading a new way of moving money around the globe. It is a global money app which consists of a debit card, currency exchange and enables instant free money transfers between users! It is one of the most rapidly growing FinTech enterprises around the world and since its launch in 2015 it already has over 500,000 users. With headquarters in London and another office in Moscow, they have recently started a new venture in Krakow, Poland and want fun individuals to join their expanding team.

Your Challenge

You will be responsible for providing outstanding support to users of the app, ensuring they have the best experience as possible whilst using the service! You will interact daily with customers all around the world via the in-app live chat. In return, you will have the chance to develop and progress within the company as it continues to grow, benefit from performance rewards, work with an international team and represent one of the best FinTech startups in the world! Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Daily communication with customers via the in-app live chat
  • Providing first-class service, solving any issues that the customer may have and make their experience as positive as possible whilst use the app
  • Being the first point of contact for the company and representing it at all times
  • Working with the teams in London and Moscow and helping each other when necessary to tackle any issues

Your Resume

  • Flawless level of English + fluency in one other European language (any more language skills would be an advantage, but not essential!)
  • Previous similar customer service experience would be a bonus but not compulsory
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Educated to degree level
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and on your feet
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A desire and interest in helping people
  • Driven, self-motivated and a real team player
  • IT Literate
