REED is currently handling recruitment activities for our very large international client. The company is currently operating here in the Czech Republic and it is a very good employer. They have a multilingual & multinational operational support team here in Prague, and may potentially offer a very rewarding job opportunity for the right candidate. At the moment, we are looking for an experienced candidates to join their expanding internal service teams - French, Dutch or German.
As a Customer Specialist you will be responsible for:
providing administrative and customer service to the clients and also to your colleagues
working within your team to ensure that the entire region you support is working effectively
to receive and respond to all incoming queries via phone or email
to investigate, capture and record all complex queries
processing orders, pricing, collection information on invoicing
to manage your own business and clients independently
experience from administration or customer service or helpdesk
strong customer focus orientation
knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
friendly, pleasant, and communicative personality
advanced English and French or Dutch or German
well known international company
Starting date: Negotiable
Salary level: Very attractive/depending on experience level
