Customer Service Team Leader with Spanish

Job Description

REED is very happy to participate in new project in Prague. Our client, well known international company is currently expanding its business and establishing whole new Customer Service Team responsible for Spanish market. At this moment REED is looking for Spanish speakers for Team Leader position.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure operational support to small team (up to 5 people)
- Resolving complex complaints directly with customers or partners
- Coordination of team work, evaluation of results
- Control of quality of customer service provided
- Motivation of the team
- Setting of KPIs and targets
- To deal with more difficult customers problems and complaints
- Cooperation other departments
- Improve processes, working on internal projects

YOUR PROFILE:
- Fluent in Spanish and advanced English language
- Experience with leading a small team is an advantage
- Experience in customer service/helpdesk
- Communicative, organizational skills
- Proactive personality with very good presentation skills
