Job Description

  • Taking part in transition process - creating new standards and optimizations
  • Working mainly with ERP systems
  • Responsible for maintenance of customer data
  • Working on a business cases
  • Responsible for reports preparation for internal customers
  • Ability to analytical thinking
  • Build relationships with key employees among customers

The Successful Applicant

  • At least Bachelor's degree
  • Equivalent work experience
  • Customer Service experience will be an advantage
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
  • SAP knowledge will be an advantage
  • Communication skills
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced skills of French language
  • Team player
  • Experience working with data quality and/or master data management
  • Working with continuous improvements
