Customer Services - French German Italian Spanish Portuguese

Our client is a world leading export company, distributing some of the world's most famous brands across the globe.


RESPONSIBILITIES 
To support, by telephone or email, their international business client relationships, they wish to recruit (on a temporary - to -permanent job structure) French, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese speaking Customer Services Advisors. The role will include the following responsibilities:

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer communications (general enquiries, complaints) by phone, email or fax, providing excellent responses where appropriate and accurately redirecting when required.
  • Be the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts
  • Manage the sales order process
  • Responding to clients’ requests on shipment details and order status
  • Support the client account team to maintain client partnerships
  • Deliver contracts in line with budget, time and client needs
  • Negotiation and quoting of prices, arranging deliveries
  • Analysis and maintenance of the customer’s accounts
  • Provide operational support to team for effective delivery of programmes through allocated tasks e.g internal communication management
  • Adhere to regulatory, quality and compliance guidelines

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

  • Fluency in either French German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese is essential
  • Excellent, high level experience in a corporate telephone/email based customer services role
  • Experience of sales order processing / complaint handling in a busy customer services team
  • Demonstrable administrative, general planning and organisational experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross functional working internally and with customers
  • Project co-ordination and administration skills
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Results driven
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisation skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills


SALARY, BENEFITS & WORKING HOURS 
£11.28 per hour. This job will start on a temporary, full time agreement, with the opportunity to become a permanent employee (permanent contract salary, £22,000 + 15% bonus). Working hours are Monday-Friday, 08.00 - 16:30, a 37.5 hour week.
