Job Description

Contact Centre Supervisor (German Fluency)

Temporary Contract to start June 2015 - 6 months approx.

Location: Bromsgrove 

Salary: £11.21ph (£22,000pa)

Hours of Work: 8.00am - 4.30pm - Mon - Fri 

  • Experience in a similar role is essential 
  • Providing customer support to customers’ in Germany
  • German & English fluency is essential
  • Leading sales and customer services functions within the contact centre
  • Processing refunds
  • Tackling customer complaints
  • Writing up response letters
  • Updating spread sheets
  • Compiling sales figures accurately
  • Delegating tasks to your team when needed
  • Reporting and liaising with other parts of the business
  • Call monitoring

Person Spec:

  • Time & people management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Confidence with decision making
  • IT skills (Word and Excel)
  • Hours – 8.00am – 4.30pm – Monday to Friday
