Customer Solutions Associate

This position is with an international company who have a presence in upwards of 45 different countries. They operate in the Audio/Visual Sector of the Technology industry and offer their employees a unique working environment and the opportunity to progress their careers. Your challenge  

Your role within this organisation will be to communicate effectively with clients throughout Europe and provide them with valuable Customer Support. It is important that you have excellent interpersonal skills are able to build relationships and rapport easily with others. You will mainly be communicating with other businesses so it is essential for you to have a professional demeanour and the ability to present yourself well.

Some of your daily tasks will include:

 

  • Taking calls from clients and providing solutions to any issues they might be having with their products
  • Processing client orders and arranging deliveries
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with clients
  • Looking after dealer enquiries 
  • Up-selling and convincing clients to purchasing add on products when they ring with questions and queries

Your resume

  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proven previous experience in a Customer Service environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with other professionals and maintain good relationships
  • Highly professional with an excellent telephone manner 
  • Good technical ability 
  • Flemish language skills would be a bonus!
