Customer Support Agent

This role is available with a huge, international outsourcing company who represent some of the world’s most well known brands. This company operates in over 30 different countries supporting upwards of 50 languages! As they are a global company they have a diverse international workforce and they are looking for someone to join their esteemed team in the amazing Newcastle, England!

Your challenge

Your role within this organisation will be to provide Customer Support to customers who are experiencing issues or who have queries regarding their software. They are looking for someone who is keen to help others and who has a friendly and personal demeanour that will help customers to feel comfortable and well looked after. In return you receive international experience with a global company in one of the most sought after cities to live in the UK! Some of your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing Customer Support via phone, e-mail and live chat
  • Providing solutions to software problems that customers are facing – providing trouble shooting advice and product feature explanation
  • Supporting users with clear and concise instructions on system capability
  • Managing multiple priorities within a high volume and fast paced environment and handle shifting priorities on a daily basis
  • Working cohesively as part of a team to meet targets

Your resume

  • Previous experience in Customer Service industry – preferably in technical/software support environment  
  • Previous experience with problem solving and taking ownership of customer queries through to resolution
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Highly IT literate
  • Ability to keep up and learn quickly about new products in the fast paced technology environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload when required
