Customer Support Agent

Based in the stunning and delightfully inexpensive city of Lisbon, Portugal they are currently looking for a Dutch speaker to provide customer support while representing one of the most well-known online retail brands. Your Challenge

You will be the face of a major electronics company who have millions of customers across Europe. You will provide customer support via phone, email and live chat. This will involve answering and dealing with any queries or problems that customers experience and will require an understanding, patient individual with problem solving abilities.   • Handling all inbound telephone calls, emails and live chat
  • Advise customers on products and the purchasing process
  • Give post-sales support to customers
  • Solving any issues efficiently and effectively
  • Work in a team to meet set targets and deadlines

 

Your Resume

  • Fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of English
  • Previous experience within a contact centre environment would be a bonus but not essential
  • A keen interest in electronics
  • IT Literate
  • Ability to work on own imitative and prioritise workload
