Customer Support for Streaming Platform (Swedish Speaker)

The Company.

Our client is a fast-growing, multinational BPO company in Barcelona that is dedicated to combine people and technology to offer the utmost Customer Service experience. We are looking for Swedish speakers to join the Customer Service dream team in the Discovery+ project, a streaming platform dedicated to sports and entertainment!

The Job.

You will make a vital contribution to the company by:
– Assisting customers via phone, email & chat
– Providing product information to the customer (e.g. subscription, payment and technical requirements)
– Collecting and maintaining customer data

The Profile.

Are you customer service-oriented, have good communication skills, are proactive and a team-player? Then you are what we're looking for!

– You have a near-native level of Swedish and a high level of English
– You have good customer support skills
– You have an interest in the sports field
– You are punctual and reliable

The Offer.

– A full-time job with 39h per week (Monday – Sunday, with two days off)
– Salary of 21.000 € + extra pay for Sunday shift
