Customer Support Representative - German

Job

As a Customer Support Representative you will be first point of contact for our German clients who are implementing our measurement tags and labels on their websites.
You will be responsible for delivering superior customer support to increase customer satisfaction and improve usage of our products and services. You will respond to technical client queries, offer support during product implementations and have an advisory role in how to use the product in the most optimal way.

 

Profile

Fluency in German and English is a must!

  • Experience in a customer support environment.
  • Experienced in answering and documenting (technical) client questions.
  • At least a basic knowledge of HTML
  • Flash, Shell scripting, Java, or other scripting languages would be an advantage.
  • Experience in determining client requirements and coordinating with product development is a plus.
  • an affinity with websites and web based applications
  • the proven ability to independently manage and develop ongoing client relationships
  • the understanding of your clients’ business and information needs
  • the ability to work effectively
