Customer Support Representative - Polish - Amersfoort

Job Description

Our international client who are leaders in the world of technology are looking for a new addition to their dynamic team based in Amersfoort. The position of Customer Support is a sales and technical support position within a technical environment handling sales and general technical issues. You will maintain/ build close relationships within the Industry and handle sales and general technical issues.

Main Tasks

  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Handle all Customer Service related calls
  • Technical knowledge and support of products
  • Enter customer orders accurately into the Avante system
  • Assist team with projects as assigned
  • Develop and Maintain close relationships and contact with dealer base
  • Ability to retrieve information to answer customer questions
  • Issue and follow-up on quotations
  • Handle customer requests

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English (written and verbal)and preferably other languages
  • Technically literate or have affinity with technical products
  • Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
