Customer Support Representative with French and English

- Professionally handle incoming queries by customers via phone and email
- Provide accurate, up to date information to the clients’ requests
- The primary point of contact by thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information and fulfil customer needs
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

Requirements and knowledge:
- Fluency in French
- Very good level in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Friendly, vivacious personality with demonstrated experience owning customer issues
- Self-motivated, target driven and outgoing person
- Previous client relations experience it will be considered as a plus
