Customer Support Specialist (French)

The main Customer Support Specialist’s role is delivering an exceptional experience to customers by providing clear guidance and the most suitable solutions via phone and email. Responsibilities include:

 – Constant communication with customers and managing their inquiries in English and French
 – Updating the database with the latest information regularly
 – Problem solving and escalations
 – Meeting monthly targets of performance


 – Fluent English and French
 – High school education
 – Customer oriented approach with great listening skills
 – Good computer knowledge and familiar with IT
 – Customer service experience is considered as a plus
