Customer Support Specialist Team Leader

REED is currently handling recruitment activities for our very large international client. The company is currently operating here in the Czech Republic and it is a very good employer.

They have a multilingual & multinational operational support team here in Prague, and may potentially offer a very rewarding job opportunity for the right candidate. At themoment, we are looking for an experienced candidates to join their expanding order service teams as a Customer Service Team Leader. 

You will be responsible for:

*providing administrative and customer service to the clients and also to
your colleagues
*working within your team to ensure that the entire region you support is
working effectively
*coordination of customer support team
*complete communication between teams, suppliers and customers
*administrative work related to the team
*reporting results, holidays planning, trainings

Requirements:
*experience from customer service
*team leader experience
*strong customer focus orientation
*proactive person
*friendly, pleasant, and communicative personality
*native English
