Customer Support Swedish+English for Sportsbetting portals

Do you speak fluent English and Swedish as native level? Are you looking for a new exciting job abroad?

For a renowned client operating in Sportbetting fields we are looking for 2 Customer Support Agents Swedish and English speaking .

Your tasks:
• Handling customers’ accounts, solving account problems and providing information via emails, telephone and on-line chat.
• Proactive communication with customers to increase customer retention and value.

Job Requirements: 
• Excellent English – verbal and written. 
• Excellent Swedish – verbal and written. 
• Previous working experience as a customer support representative (as advantage).
• Great communication skills, flexible and reliable.
• Ability to work on shifts.
• Good computer skills.
