Customer Support Team Lead - French - Amersfoort

Job Description

Our international client based in Amersfoort, the Netherlands is searching for a proactive, self motivated Supervisor for their Customer Relations department. You will supervise and oversee the activities of the team in this department. The teams activities include dealing directly with clients to ensure that Orders, Credits and Requests are dealt with efficiently and accurately.


  • Supervise the Customer Relations team
  • Is the linking pin between Customer Relations Associates and the Sales Team
  • Coordinate the work and makes sure that errors or urgent (customer) queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Key contact for Sales and Supply Chain (Warehouse, RMA, AR, Planning & Logistics)
  • Key contact for the team in order to optimize the cooperation between internal departments.
  • Coach and assists in further development of team members
  • Is familiar and adheres to the internal policies and procedures regarding order processing and complaint handling
  • Comply with ISO procedures
  • Train new CS Associates about products and procedures
  • Perform Clerical processing of orders, requests, complaints and returns


  • Has at least 3 years experience in leading a team, including coaching and mentoring others
  • Minimum of 5 years of Senior Customer service experience in a multinational company
  • Fluent in French and English. Other EU languages are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in the organization
  • Intelligent and pro-active in finding solutions
