Customer Support Team Leader for the German team

Job Description

Would you like to be a part of one of the most expansive online casino and sportsbook in the world? We are looking for a team leader to join our clients HQ in London to help drive their customer support to be the best in the industry.

How’s your workday?
You are in charge of the 1st line team (5 agents) targeting the German customers and you will be coordinating the team to ensure that the quality is excellent. A lion part of the job is about coaching and encouraging the agents to excel and reach targets such as quality, time management and other KPI: s. As a part of this will you be having 1-to-1 reviews with every team member every month to follow up on his or her progress.

You are also a key player when it comes to recruitment and will be one of the stakeholders in making hiring decisions and on-boarding new staff. Furthermore will you be collecting and summarizing various KPI:s such as tickets, bonus achievements, absence and sickness stats and present them to the CS Manager

A great part of your work is also to assure that the high quality standards of the customer service are maintained. Therefore you constantly review and coach the team sothat they are fully trained and able to reach the high standards.

Since your team works day and evening shift should you also be open to this as the customers are active during the entire day.
