Czech or Romanian Helpdesk Agents

Your challenge 

Your role will be to provide second level user support. It will be your role to step in when first level support engineers are unable to provide solutions and a more experienced, skilled person is required. Therefore, we are looking for an individual who already has a certain level of knowledge and experience to offer and who is eager to work for one of the world’s most recognised tech companies to add to this experience. Some of your daily tasks will include:

•    Troubleshooting typical user issues
•    Communicating with users via both phone and email about their issues/queries
•    Reporting resolutions or escalate issues that cannot be resolved with the helpdesk resources 
•    Mentor newly hired engineers

Your resume 

•    Fluent in Romanian or Czech and English 
•    University degree in a technical field and/ or proven relevant experience 
•    Level two technical support experience preferred 
•    Google apps experience desired – domain certification would be a bonus!
•    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
•    Ability to prioritise work load and excellent organisational skills
•    Ability to develop and implement strong systems 
•    Ability to work well with others and operated as a cohesive member of a team
