Job Description

For our multinational clients we are looking for
Czech OR  Slovak Speaking Customer Service Representatives
to keep contact with Czech / Slovak customers


·         incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails: respond to inquiries and resolve problems regarding technical issues
·         liaising with Czech OR Slovak speaking customers: providing help and information, problem solving
·         handling complaints, reclamations
·         act as a first point of contact for customers in foreign countries

·          advanced Czech OR Slovak speaker with at least upper-intermediate English knowldge
·         Flexibility and ability to work in shifts (no night shifts, only by day)
·         at least 0,5 year office experience
·         excellent communication skills, both written and oral
·         strong problem-solving and analytical skills
·         ability to work in a multi-tasked and team-focused environment
·         ability to prioritize and organize work, and adapt to a flexible schedule
·         familiarity with basic computer functions
