Calling ALL Danish speakers, we here at Arvato are looking for a new customer service agent that can speak Danish.


Job Description:

As the newest Danish speaking customer service agent, it will be your job to handle:

All incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries and problems via telephone and/or email.

Constantly strive to provide customer service

Input customer data into client software

Always leave the conversation with the customer highly satisfied.



Fluent Danish (Written & Oral)

Advanced English and/or German

Interested in Customer Service


Team Spirit

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good Typing skills
