Are you the  enthusiastic, Danish speaking customer service minded employee that we are looking for, to our client based in beautiful Tallinn, Estonia?

The position

• Your job requires you to work with first line support by phone for the agents
• Solving problems, providing guidance and training to the agents who sell the gasses in retail market
• LINX app training and support

• Being in contact with Linde Gas’s local units within our region.

• You will be the first contact person and therefore be focusing primarily on B2B customer service

Qualifications

• Ambitious

• Fluent in Danish and English
• You are service-minded and efficient when it comes to customer inquiries
• Ability to multitask
• Like to work with administrative tasks
