Danish speaking Customer Support Agent - Malta

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Danish speaking Customer Support Agents on behalf of our client to join its young and ambitious team. The Agent is expected to manage all communication with customers via email and live chat in a professional and responsible manner.



  • Develop a strong understanding of our products including sports bets, casino, games and poker
  • Provide the highest level of support to our customers
  • Aim to resolve all issues on first contact
  • Respond to phone calls/chats and emails
  • Work closely with other internal departments to resolve any potential customer queries
  • Maintain high levels of performance and quality standards
  • Work on rotating shifts or specified hours to handle the daily customer support workload


  • Team player
  • Very good communication skills in English as well as Finnish (both verbal and written)
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
  • Ideally has experience within a similar office based customer service position
  • Self-motivated and able to multi task
  • Customer oriented
  • Able to perform well under pressure and without supervision
