Digital Account Manager (English)

Do you have experience as an Account Manager? Are you a process oriented as well as a customer oriented person? Then this is your position:

 

The Company

For one of our clients, a successful and young American company which is specialized in cloud software, web-based products, operating systems and desktop and mobile applications, we are currently recruiting a Digital Account Manager for their brand-new offices in Barcelona.

 

The Job

As part of the sales team, you will oversee the Account Executives as well as operating as the point of contact for the clients. Your main tasks will be:

 

- Building strong relationships with existing clients

- Managing the account executives and the relationships with their clients

- Ensuring that the individual and team objectives are accomplished

- Guaranteeing the quality of the service delivered to clients at every point of contact

- Overseeing all operations and improving them continuously

- Monitoring SLA and KPIs and producing statistical analyses of team activities

- Ensuring a high level of service, efficiency and quality within the department

- Managing the workload planning and compiling previsions and forecasts

 

The Profile

The ideal candidate has previous experience in Account Management and is particularly passionate about the digital world.

- Excellent level in English

- Speaking Spanish or another European language is considered as a big plus

- Min. 3-5 years of experience as account manager

- Strong B2B sales experience

- Experience in building strong relationships with clients

- Previous experience in the digital sector

- Strong analytical skills, good knowledge of Excel

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Customer orientation and a high level of empathy
