Digital E-Learning Administrator (English)

Job Description

The Company.

For one of our client, an international Shared Service Center based in Barcelona, we are currently recruiting for a Digital Learning Administrator, with high level of English.

The Job.

Part of the development of the e-learning digital platform designed to provide training to company’s employees on a global scale, your main responsibilities are:
- Manage the daily use and administration of the Learning Management System, including uploading courses, registering users, providing training analytics, reports and related narratives
- Manage the invitations of delegates for classroom trainings from the platform, and follow-up on attendance.
- Measure training effectiveness and address user feedback to revise content as needed
- Create and deliver related communications via diverse channels
- Material update, reviewing data accuracy and refresh instructional programs as needed to ensure content is current, relevant and attractive

The Profile.

- You have a very high level of English (other European languages are considered as a plus)
- You have previous experience in a similar position
- You have excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with employees remotely
- You have the ability to troubleshoot issues and are problem solver
- You are able to handle data and several topics at the same time
- You have experience in developing infographics, video, interactive simulation, creative text - You are analytical and have a strong eye for details
- You are a real team player
- You are able to adapt fast to new situation and are not afraid of changes
- Experience in training is considered a plus
