As Digital Performance Analyst you will be working within the Customer Data Hub, and closely with the head of Data & Acquisition, you will be responsible for analysing the performance of all digital products which will range from analysing the performance of customer acquisition and retention.
In addition the role will also be responsible for the management and growth of the Data team,through the improvement of existing processes, and providing actionable insight, the role will play a critical part in ensuring that valuable information is promoted to key makers within the business.
Day to day...
Analysis of KPI's across all digital products
Establishing and managing operational KPIs and reporting mechanism
Support the Marketing department with analysis across all digital acquisition and retention campaigns providing data on campaign runs, customer behaviour, trends and patterns
Manage data & insight requests, including data sourcing, manipulation and analysis.
Deliver accurate and actionable insight to improve digital product performance
Leverage analytics tools to create insights that will drive data-driven decisions.
A relevant degree e.g mathematics, statistics or computer science
Minimum 2 years' web analytics data analysis experience
Proven experience with basic operational metrics such as Return On Investment /Life Time Value
Knowledge and understanding of analytical tools
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Must be proactive with the ability to work autonomously
Ability to problem solve and think logically
IT literate, including good operational knowledge of Microsoft packages
Advanced MS Excel skills, Pivot tables, VBA, macros, lookups
