Digital Service Advisor (Dutch/Flemish)

Do you have strong communication skills? Are you a Dutch or Flemish native speaker with experience in customer service? Then this is your position:

The company

Our client is a Belgium BPO company with a new office in Barcelona. For their partner, an e-payment company, we are currently recruiting a Flemish or Dutch speaking e-payment advisor for the Belgium market.

The Job

After 2 weeks of training the candidate will ensure client support on the Belgium market. The main tasks include:

- Provide information and advice users on appropriate action to solve issues
- Respond to incoming requests for assistant via telephone or email
- Ensure quality service
- Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and record information
- Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone or chat

The Profile

The candidate should have experience in customer support on the phone. He should speak and write Dutch or Flemish perfectly and has already to be settled in Barcelona.

- Native or proficient Level of Flemish or Dutch and very good English
- Good communication skills
- Team player and open-minded
- Enthusiast and motivated
- Affinity to technology
- Customer Service experience on the phone
- Pro-active, motivated and reliable

The Offer

- A salary of 1211 Euro gross/month
- Working in a nice and friendly environment
- Different from the usual Call Center environment
- Working for a company where the employees feel valued
- 150 Euro allowances Bonus per month
- New office located in Poblenou area
- Rotative shifts between 8 AM - 12 PM
- Monday to Friday with flexibility for the weekends once/month
- Starting date: 12th of July
- Candidate needs to hold NIE and social security number by the start date
