What are we looking for?
Right now we are looking for a Dutch speaker for an admin support job in Dublin. We are on the lookout for someone who wants to work for an international insurance provider and is excited by the idea of working abroad.
What will you do in this job?
This Dutch job involves the processing of insurance claims under a strict deadline (48 hours) as well as working closely with others within other departments, making sure each claim reaches the correct specialist. It will be up to you to ensure that all Dutch customers’ claims are resolved in a professional and timely manner.
It is not to be mistaken that this is a purely admin job with no direct customer contact.

Who are we looking for?
For you to be successful in getting this admin job, you will need fluent English with (near) native Dutch. Have previous experience in customer service and administrative support who enjoys a challenge and works under target and deadline. You shouldn’t worry as this Dutch job is not a high volume call centre job but you will need to cope under pressure and have an eye detail as you will be working with insurance policies.

Interview & Salary
The interview process is over 3 stages, two over the phone and if successful you will be asked to fly over for a face-to-face interview. Lastly you will be asked to complete some tests to test your accuracy over the computer.
If you are successful you will be working 43 hour weeks and receive a competitive salary of €25,000 with the opportunity to grow. It is important to note that for any overtime that you work you will get it back in either extra holiday days or pay. What’s great is that the company will also help you with relocating and paperwork.
