One of our clients, leading brand in social media is looking for a SMB Business Developer.
SMB sales team is looking for a strong profile to work with a wide variety of SMB advertisers
delivering the optimal advertising solution for new and existing clients.
This company believes that passion and personality matter. They're looking for people that
are intensely curious about Internet technology, exhibit a can-do attitude and approach their
work with vigor and determination. Candidates should have demonstrated the ability to
learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
-Call to SMB companies with a Twitter business account but are not spending in advertisement, offering them the advertising services.
- Follow up on clients that could be potential spenders offering them latest advertising solutions.
-Upsell latest advertising solutions to new and existing advertisers.
-Provide strategic advice and help our advertisers get the best ROI on theiradvertising investment by working closely in a consultative role with customers.
-Consistently deliver against sales target while delivering outstanding customer sales
experience to the advertisers.
-Communicate with customers proactively, via phone and email.
-Drive quality and efficiency in everything you do through identifying areas for
improvement on an ongoing basis
-Engage with product and engineering teams on issue prioritization and road map.
-Full-time and long-term contract.
-Salary: 18.000Eur gross/year + up to 4.000 Eur gross/year in bonus.
-Internal Development Program
-Free Spanish/Catalan certified lessons
-Dutch native speaker
-High level of English
-1 year of experience in sales acquisitions. Cold call experience is a plus.
-Interest in working against sales target.
-Experience with online advertising, analytics and social media (preferred)
-Active and passionate social media user
-Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable with online communication tools
-Exceptionally resourceful; fearless in mining available knowledge bases to find answers
-Demonstrated ability to effectively work with, guide and mentor others
