Dutch speakers interested in living and working in Dublin, Ireland. Our client is looking for target driven, and highly motivated Dutch speakers interested in Customer care and collections.
No previous experience is needed as our client is looking more so for a good personality fit. You will in contact via email and phone with customers on a daily basis.
Earning €25,500 basic per year along with monthly performance bonus feature, many other benefits and a good relocation package.
What will you do in this job?
As a collections specialist, you will be responsible for dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis via phone and email. These customers will be contacting you when needing advice and support and you will be reaching out to them in terms of collections of payments etc.
With everything you do, it will be important to leave the customer with a positive experience.

Who are we looking for?
You will need a near native level of Dutch and excellent level of English for this job. A+ communication skills are important as you will be working via email and over the phone on a daily basis.
Excellent computer skills are crucial too as you will need to be familiar with internet browsers and Microsoft Office Applications i.e Work/Excel etc.
We are looking for you have excellent time keeping - as this is the #1 requirement for our client in order to keep a happy customer base.
Where would you be working?
How does working less than 35 minutes' drive from Dublin city centre? As our client is based in Dublin North, a pleasant suburb full of activities, easy access to public transport and amenities. Especially when your potential employer offers employee shuttle buses.
Interview & Salary
The interview process involves a Dutch language test, 2 interviews (face-to-face OR via Skype - our client is flexible) one with the recruiter and one with the team lead.
Last but not least - there will be a background check before any job offer is made as you will be dealing with sensitive information on a day-to-day basis.
In terms of salary, you can expect to earn €25,500 basic and can earn between €300- €500 on average per month which is performance-based.
There is an option when it comes to a relocation package - you can either take €1,500 in cash (which is taxable) or go for the paid flight to Ireland and 1 week paid accommodation - it's up to you!
