Dutch Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

Are you an experienced customer service advisor who is looking for their next challenge?  Are you fluent in Dutch?  Would you like to work for a global brand?

Search Consultancy are delighted to partner with a leading financial services provider who have a requirement for a Dutch customer service advisor.   This role will involve speaking to existing customers, in both Dutch and English, and providing a first class level of service.  As this role is with a financial services business, they will conduct a basic disclosure, credit check and 5 years of referencing.

Main duties would be as follows:

  • Answer inbound calls and emails, from existing customers, in relation to their policies.
  • Provide an excellent level of service, in both Dutch and English.
  • Updating the CRM system with customer notes.
  • Handling complaints when necessary.

As this is a Dutch customer service role, candidates must be fluent in both Dutch and English, and have at least 12 months contact centre experience.  Additionally if candidates have the following attributes then it would be beneficial:

  • Fluency in any other language.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail.
